Jobgether SRL is seeking a Coding Quality Auditor for a fully remote, evening schedule role. The position emphasizes inpatient coding accuracy, DRG assignments, and regulatory compliance.

You will review complex cases, query physicians when documentation is insufficient, and collaborate with coders and clinical documentation specialists to improve quality and reimbursement. The role requires CCS certification, 5+ years inpatient coding experience, and strong knowledge of ICD-10 and DRG

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or equivalent coding experience (2–4+ years).
• Minimum 5 years inpatient coding experience in a complex healthcare setting.
• CCS certification is required.
• Strong ICD-10 knowledge and DRG methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review DRG assignments for inpatient cases to ensure accurate reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze physician documentation and query for clarity or adequacy.
• Provide guidance and education to coders on guidelines and clinics.
• Perform monthly data analysis and reporting related to DRGs and HAC compliance.
• Assist with chart completion to meet goals and participate in audits.
