Job summary

Sage Clinical RCM, LLC is seeking experienced professionals to conduct inpatient coding audits in a fully remote setting. Ideal candidates will possess CCS, RHIA, or RHIT credentials and have at least 3 years of inpatient coding and 2 years of auditing experience.

You will validate coding accuracy, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to a quality-first culture across diverse health systems. The position allows flexibility in work arrangements, offering full-time, part-time, or project-based options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of inpatient coding and at least 2 years of auditing experience.
• Strong analytical skills and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrospective and/or concurrent audits of inpatient coding.
• Validate ICD-10-CM/PCS code assignment and MS-DRG/APR-DRG accuracy.
• Provide clear, actionable audit feedback to client & internal coding staff.
