Job summary

Medasource is partnering with a regional health system to hire experienced Inpatient Medical Coders for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role supports a high-acuity, multi-specialty environment and is ideal for coders with strong experience handling complex inpatient cases.

The position requires at least three years of inpatient coding experience, CCS certification preferred, proficiency with Epic EHR, and experience with the 3M encoder.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of inpatient coding experience.
• Strong multi-specialty inpatient coding background.
• Experience in an academic medical center or trauma facility preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic EHR.
• Experience using the 3M encoder.

Responsibilities
