Aufgaben

• Review and annotate inpatient records using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS.
• Identify and sequence principal and secondary diagnoses.
• Assign POA indicators and validate MS-DRG classifications including CCs/MCCs.
• Apply inpatient coding guidelines and AHA Coding Clinic guidance.
• Identify hospital-acquired conditions and patient safety indicators.
• Resolve ambiguities and provide feedback to improve coding accuracy and AI performance.
