• Identify query opportunities and ensure codes follow ICD-10 guidelines.
• Verify patient details in Epic and assign codes via 3M 360.
• Resolve coding discrepancies with leads and billing.
• Monitor compliance with CMS and Oregon OMAP.
• Coordinate billing information and ensure accuracy of diagnoses and procedures.
