Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Hands-on inpatient/hospitalist experience preferred (within last 2 years).
• Ability to review and critique clinical notes and raw health data with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and FHIR data for AI training purposes.
• Verify that claims and statements have proper documentation.
• Analyze inpatient documentation (HPI, PMH, assessments, care plans) for discrepancies.
• Apply consistent standards and guidelines to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly through reports and stakeholder discussions.
