What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead operational enhancements and implementation of innovative technology to drive cost savings
• Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic operational initiatives within the client's business
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Conduct regular reporting of innovation and process improvement to stakeholders and client leadership
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and presentations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations management, innovation development, or project management
• Willingness to travel as needed across North America
