Our customer, a leading multinational technology company, is seeking a Legal Operations Project Manager. You will work closely under the direction of the Director of Strategic Resource Operations, focusing primarily on project management tasks to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence.

Duration: 4-6 months (with the potential to extend)

Location: Remote, US

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage law firm consolidation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Resource Operations.
• Execute project plan and operational strategies to optimize legal operations during consolidation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Influence and engage leadership at all levels to drive project success and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Hold team members accountable for their deliverables and maintain focus on project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations, with a focus on law firm consolidation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving organizational change.
• Strong ability to influence and engage leadership at various levels within an organization.
• Comfortable questioning the status quo and advocating for innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
