Job summary

Premier is seeking a Director of Advisory Services for OP Infusion to lead high-impact outpatient infusion advisory engagements. You will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery and profitability, and mentor staff while guiding analytic approaches and solutions across clinical and operational domains.

The role involves engagement leadership, collaboration with clinicians and administrative leaders, and contributing to sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of healthcare advisory/consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong client relationship management and communication.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or healthcare operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analyses and develop client-ready deliverables with quality assurance.
• Manage client relationships, project scope, budget and profitability.
• Guide staff mentorship and development within the advisory practice.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist in business development activities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve infusion performance.
