Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Sr. Analyst to create test cases, run tests, and analyze results to ensure software quality. You will document defects, generate reports, and present findings to developers and stakeholders, while improving QA processes as requirements evolve.

You'll work with Jira/Confluence and Inflectra SpiraTest + Rapise for automation, maintain test labs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA methodologies and practices.
• Ability to design effective test cases to cover software functionality.
• Familiarity with test documentation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases to assess software functionality and performance.
• Identify and document defects, bugs, and observations.
• Evaluate and report test outcomes and present results to stakeholders.
