WaterConnect is seeking a meticulous Finance and Accounting Manager to safeguard and strengthen the financial foundation of a fast-growing infrastructure investment platform.

This role oversees treasury, liquidity, accounting controls, and financial reporting in collaboration with Water.org. You will manage day-to-day and period-end close, support audits, and ensure compliance while working in a globally dispersed, mission-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including treasury and close.
• CPA/CA/CMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge; multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience managing banking relationships and liquidity.
• Experience with external auditors and tax advisors.
