Zusammenfassung

RCC Global LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain resilient Oracle Utilities infrastructure for utility clients across North America. This fully remote role requires strong Linux, network, and scripting skills with on-call availability.

You will communicate technical concepts to client IT personnel, support VPN and firewall configurations, and drive standardized processes while traveling up to 25% for go-lives or data-center work when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in a related technology field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years Linux server configuration for lightweight deployment (no GUI).
• 5+ years shell scripting, middleware, and SQL.
• Networking experience including firewalls & VPN (SonicWALL).
• Familiarity with Linux via the command line (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a distributed, remote setting.

Aufgaben

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure supporting application resilience.
• Troubleshoot system performance, security, and connectivity issues.
• Tune hardware and software configurations for local and client environments.
• Plan and communicate detailed server hardware/software deliverables to non-technical teams.
• Provide on-call support with flexible hours and remote availability.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve time-sensitive issues.
