Job summary

Cofense, a leader in cybersecurity, is seeking an Information Security Program Manager in the United States to oversee a portfolio of customers, ensure solutions meet business objectives, and deliver strategic guidance and exceptional service.

You will drive onboarding, product implementation, risk management, and revenue retention while providing ROI insights and customer satisfaction improvements. This role supports remote work with occasional client travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account managementcapacity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in applying analytic methodologies related to cyber threat management or client portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships for assigned clients and stakeholders, supporting all Cofense products in use by the client.
• Perform risk management to minimize churn and communicate ROI to client stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for your book of business in our CSM tools.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for successful project execution.
• Own all aspects of a customer’s simulated phishing defense program and deliver on contractual requirements.
• Travel to client sites as needed to maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Assist in training newer team members and collaborate on process improvements.
