Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking an Information Security Manager to design and maintain client cybersecurity programs within the MSD. You will drive strategic security planning, governance, and incident response for diverse clients in a remote capacity.

You will guide risk assessments, ensure regulatory alignment (CMMC, NIST, ISO), and produce actionable security improvements while mentoring teams and handling on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of IT-related experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (NIST SP, ISO, HIPAA).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, Defender, Windows Server, VMware, Duo, CrowdStrike, Veeam, vulnerability scanning and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain client cybersecurity programs.
• Lead development of cybersecurity strategy aligned with standards (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001).
• Create and maintain information security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support CMMC advisory services and ongoing cybersecurity program maintenance.
• Generate compliance reports and review for anomalies.
• Lead incident response and IR training for clients.
• Mentor Sawdey MSD team members and participate in on-call rotation.
