Job summary

Bold New Solutions - BNS Power is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager to lead IT operations, security controls, and compliance across the organization, ensuring secure processing, storage, and transmission of FCI and CUI data.

The role will drive Microsoft 365 management, network and device administration, vendor coordination, and the company’s CMMC Level 2 readiness, aligned with NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS requirements, with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience managing vendors and outside technology providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across offices, field personnel, and remote employees.
• Lead cybersecurity program and ensure CMMC Level 2 readiness.
• Coordinate with leadership, legal, MSPs, and contractors on security requirements.
• Maintain security documentation, incident response, and audit readiness.
