Job summary

Array Corporation is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join a growing team. This fully remote, 3-month contract role focuses on maintaining security, infrastructure, and network operations across the company and its entities.

Responsibilities include incident containment, coverage for security events, administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and monitoring with Defender/Azure tools. Excellent documentation and runbook adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Experience in security incident response and containment.
• Knowledge of Defender and Azure security tools.
• Troubleshooting multi-site networks and VPNs.
• DNS/email authentication and DMARC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and operational coverage for security, infrastructure, and network environments.
• Respond to security incidents independently, contain and document actions.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune including MFA and CA policies.
• Monitor threats using Defender and Azure security tools.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity across sites, VPNs, and failover.
• Manage DNS/email configurations with Cloudflare and registrars.
• Support Azure infrastructure and document actions for SOC 2 compliance.
