Array Corporation is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join a growing team. This fully remote, 3-month contract role focuses on maintaining security, infrastructure, and network operations across the company and its entities.

Responsibilities include incident containment, coverage for security events, administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and monitoring with Defender/Azure tools. Excellent documentation and runbook adherence are essential.

• Manage DNS/email configurations with Cloudflare and registrars.
• Support Azure infrastructure and document actions for SOC 2 compliance.

Job Description

• Provide emergency and operational coverage for the company's security, infrastructure, and network environment across Array Corporation and its entities
• Respond to security incidents independently and quickly, including disabling compromised accounts, isolating devices, investigating phishing and suspicious activity, and documenting containment steps
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, including user access, MFA, Conditional Access policies, and device management
• Monitor and respond to threats using Microsoft Defender and Azure security tools
• Troubleshoot and restore network connectivity across multiple sites, including UniFi/Ubiquiti equipment, VPNs (Netbird), and internet failover
• Manage DNS and email configurations through Cloudflare and domain registrars, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
• Support general Azure infrastructure and resources
• Follow existing runbooks and document all actions thoroughly to support business continuity and ongoing SOC 2 compliance efforts

Position Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration
• Proven experience in security incident response and containment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Azure security tools
• Experience troubleshooting multi-site networks, VPNs, and failover configurations
• Strong understanding of DNS and email authentication (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks preferred
• Ability to make sound, time-sensitive decisions independently under pressureExcellent documentation habits and the ability to work from established runbooks
• Able to meet defined emergency response times (e.g., within 1 hour for critical issues)
• Available for after-hours emergency support
