TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Texas. The role provides technical leadership and architectural support to protect enterprise information systems across global sites.

You will own security tool configurations, assist audits, and influence security initiatives. A BA/BS, 5–7 years in information security, and certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA are preferred; a strong pay package and bonus opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• 5-7 years of Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications.

Mansioni

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership, architectural support, guidance and direction for the protection of information systems assets to other functional units and to all global sites.
• Owns and manages the configuration and administration functions for specific security tools.
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations with fraud detection, documentation, and prevention, and provides investigative support as needed.
• Assists and supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations for the adoption of new procedures and tools.
