Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Austin, TX. You will lead the protection of information systems across global sites and partner with Fraud, Compliance, Human Capital, and Operations to strengthen security controls.

Responsibilities include owning security tool configurations, supporting audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal/client audits), and delivering reports with recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• 5-7 years of Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership and architectural support for protection of information systems assets across global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration for specific security tools.
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations with fraud detection, documentation and prevention, and provides investigative support as needed.
• Assists and supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations for new procedures and tools.
