Job summary

Holman seeks a Manager of Information Security & Compliance to develop and maintain a comprehensive security program across the organization. You will advise executives on threats, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while ensuring security is integral to technology decisions and vendor engagements.

The role requires leading assessments, managing incidents, and directing a team of information security professionals, with a focus on policy development, training, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Develops and maintains a security program and executes initiatives addressing identified risks and security requirements.
• Advises management on best practices, trends, and changes in threats and opportunities.
• Plans and conducts assessments including organizational, compliance, risk, program, system, policy, incident response and general security.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a security focused governance, risk and compliance program.
• Maintains security organizational profiles, data inventories, threats and risks for Holman companies.
• Provides security communication, awareness and training for audiences from senior leaders to field staff.
• Consults with Technology and the Business to ensure security is factored into evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of hardware and software.
