Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks a Manager, Information Security & Compliance to build and run a comprehensive security program across the organization. You will develop governance, risk and compliance policies, assess threats, and drive security initiatives with senior leadership.

The role requires 5–7+ years in information security, 3+ years in management, and familiarity with major frameworks (ISO 2700x, NIST, COBIT, ITIL) and regulatory requirements (SOX, PCI, GDPR, PIPEDA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security or related field.
• 5-7+ years of information security experience.
• 3+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Familiarity with ISO 2700x, NIST 800-53, COBIT, ITIL.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (SOX, PCI, GDPR, PIPEDA).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a security program and governance framework.
• Manages security incidents and response across Holman entities.
• Advises management on best practices and regulatory changes.
• Leads security training and awareness for staff.
• Oversees policy updates and vendor security evaluations.
