Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks an experienced Manager- Information Security & Compliance to develop and maintain a security program, governance, risk and compliance initiatives, and incident response readiness across Holman companies. You will advise executives, shape policy improvements, and lead security staff while aligning with evolving regulatory needs.

The role requires strong expertise in ISO 2700x, NIST, COBIT, ITIL, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, PCI, GDPR, PIPEDA) and a Bachelor's degree,

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of information security experience.
• 3+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Experience developing and executing security architecture strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a security governance, risk and compliance program.
• Plans and conducts assessments (organizational, compliance, risk, policy, incident response).
• Manages the organization’s response during information security incidents.
• Monitors policy compliance and reports infringements to senior management.
• Provides security training and awareness for diverse audiences and leads staff development.
