Holman is seeking a Manager of Information Security & Compliance to lead the security program, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization. You will advise senior leadership, drive policy improvements, and oversee incident response and security assessments.

With 5-7+ years in information security and 3+ years in management, you will shape security architecture and leverage frameworks like ISO 2700x, NIST, COBIT, and PCI/DSS while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP/CISA/CISM or ISACA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a security program addressing identified risks and requirements.
• Develops a governance, risk and compliance program.
• Advices management on threats and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Plans and conducts security assessments across organization, systems and policies.
• Manages incident response and security investigations.
• Leads security staff and provides coaching and development.
