Job summary

Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an Information Engineer Level I to modernize the NIH/NINR data and process management using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint tools. The role supports a fully remote arrangement with occasional onsite client meetings in MD.

The position requires a Bachelor's in CS/IS/SE and 4+ years of IT delivery experience, including enterprise Power Platform implementations. Federal government experience is preferred. Public Trust clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 4+ years designing complex software and hardware systems, databases/data warehouses; federal government experience preferred.
• Progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or project-based technical delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations. Required Technical Skills Microsoft Power Platform including the configuration of:

Responsibilities

• Conduct activity and data modeling to modernize methods and performance.
• Assist in establishing information systems standards.
• Configure, deploy, and validate hardware and software platforms including M365.
• Develop organization-wide information models for integrated data warehouses.
• Ensure software solutions meet operational, security, and performance standards.
• Construct sound opportunities aligned with agency Information Management principles and open architecture objectives.
