Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives for a federal government client. The role focuses on designing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards, and delivering data-driven solutions in a W2 engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, BI, or analytics.
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong SQL development with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent tools.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and database objects.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance, and data quality issues.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation and data mappings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments.
