Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. You will design ETL processes with Informatica, build Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Remote role with government exposure; W-2 benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data integration, data warehousing, BI or analytics.
• 3+ years ETL development with Informatica PowerCenter/IICS.
• 3+ years building Tableau reports/dashboards.
• Strong SQL with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Snowflake.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
• Certifications in Informatica or Tableau preferred.
• Experience supporting federal government or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent.
• Develop and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visuals.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and database objects.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, architects, and users to support reporting.
• Troubleshoot ETL, dashboards, and data quality issues.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop documentation, data mappings, and procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments.
