Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Informatica/Tableau Developer to support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The role involves designing ETL processes with Informatica, building Tableau dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Remote opportunity with W2 benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Expect $55.00–$65.00/hr on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics.
• 3+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Informatica.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong SQL development and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data quality practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern data platforms preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Informatica Certified Professional or Tableau certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting federal government or regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent Informatica tools.
• Develop, enhance, and support Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and end users to support reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL processes, dashboard performance issues, and data quality concerns.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment activities.
