Job summary

Ford Motor Credit Company seeks an MDM technical lead for the Customer & Account Domain Identity Platform. You will lead Informatica IDMC and MDM SaaS efforts while contributing as a senior Java engineer.

This senior IC role focuses on deep platform engineering, mentoring, and delivering scalable data-management solutions. The role is hybrid, collaborating across CAI, CDI, governance, and data quality components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• At least five years hands-on Informatica platform development and administration, including CAI, CDI, Cloud Data Quality & Governance.
• At least three years experience implementing Informatica MDM solutions, especially MDM SaaS and data modeling.
• At least three years in a technical lead or senior engineer capacity.
• Eight+ years in software engineering, with Java; strong Spring expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions on IDMC capabilities and best practices with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and develop solutions for Informatica IDMC platform ensuring performance and reliability.
• Drive evolution of Informatica MDM SaaS including data modeling and integration strategies.
• Design IDMC integration workflows using CAI, CDI, Data Quality and Governance components.
• Mentor team on platform best practices and data management processes.
• Lead platform upgrades and migrations and evaluate new features.
