Job summary

Ford Motor Credit Company seeks a senior MDM technical lead to join its IDMC platform team. You will act as a technical leader for the Informatica IDMC platform and MDM SaaS product, while contributing as a senior software engineer using Java technologies.

This role emphasizes deep engineering work, system design, and mentoring others, with a focus on high-performance, scalable solutions within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years hands-on Informatica platform development and admin experience including CAI, CDI, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Governance and X360 products.
• At least three years implementing Informatica MDM solutions, especially MDM SaaS with data modeling, relationships and match/merge rules.
• At least three years as technical lead or senior engineer.
• At least eight years in software engineering with Java and Spring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, present, and facilitate discussions on IDMC capabilities with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Administer, design and develop solutions for Informatica IDMC platform focusing on performance and reliability.
• Advance IT projects for Informatica MDM SaaS including data modeling, ingress/egress and matching strategies.
• Design and implement IDMC integration workflows using CAI, CDI, Data Quality and Data Governance components.
• Mentor team on platform best practices and data management processes.
• Lead platform upgrades and migrations and evaluate new features.
• Develop Java applications using Spring, CQRS and hexagonal architecture; build REST APIs and microservices.
• Translate requirements into actionable work within Agile processes.
