Qualifications

• 3+ years in US-based influencer marketing or related role.
• Experience sourcing and managing influencer campaigns.
• Copywriting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Influencer & Creator Coordination: Source and identify influencers, recruit and build relationships, conduct outreach, coordinate briefs, timelines and deliverables, track performance, maintain pipelines and asset libraries, collect UGC for campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Publish content, maintain calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, ensure brand voice and visuals, coordinate with broader marketing.
• Content Creation & Repurposing: Create captions, graphics, and short videos; repurpose existing creator content; adapt content for different platforms; identify assets for future initiatives; ensure consistency.
• Influencer & Social Performance Tracking: Support reporting, track activity and results, monitor engagement and performance trends, use insights for optimization.
