Kyra is seeking a Campaign Manager to lead influencer campaigns end-to-end for multiple brands from the US market. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, creator briefs, and client communications within Kyra’s platform, ensuring campaigns hit KPIs and stay on budget.

You’ll liaise with clients and creators daily, craft pricing strategies based on CPV targets, and leverage AI to optimise performance across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level German and English, written and spoken.
• Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns.
• KPI and performance mindset, comfortable owning numbers.
• CPV pricing: build creator pricing from performance targets.
• Strong Excel and data skills: formulas, pivots, and tracking.
• AI fluency and willingness to use it as part of work.
• Able to work EST hours.
• 3–4 years in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign/project management.
• Experience across consumer / DTC and tech / B2B brands.
• Creator negotiation and contracting experience.
• Client-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day delivery of multiple influencer campaigns across brands.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and approvals to avoid slips.
• Act as the single point of contact for creators, clients and internal teams.
• Hold cross-functional team members accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
• Track performance metrics (CPV, reach, engagement, conversions) and report insights.
• Operate inside Kyra’s platform, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Source, brief, and manage creators across the full lifecycle.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
