- Lead Generation and Digital Engagement: optimize CRM-driven lead routing and digital campaigns.
- Strategic Projects and Change Management: lead initiatives to strengthen digital infrastructure.
- Business Development Systems: improve processes and workflows in support of engagement and revenue.
