Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks an experienced Industrial Security Representative to provide processing and records support for security actions under the direction of the FSO. The role involves handling routine clearance actions, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and escalating issues requiring program authority.

The position requires DoD Secret clearance, familiarity with DISS/NBIS, and strong records management. Remote work may be possible with on-site requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in personnel/industrial security or cleared-contractor environment.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Experience with DCSA systems: DISS, NBIS; basic NISS familiarity.
• Knowledge of clearance processing and requirements; ability to flag cases for AF SOC/FSO review.
• Experience maintaining sensitive security records, PII, and CUI.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word; data systems.
• Ability to complete DCSA/CDSE training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine personnel data entry for security actions in DISS.
• Initiate and track background investigations through NBIS and DISS.
• Review security forms (SF86, travel notifications) for accuracy.
• Follow up on incomplete information and outstanding actions.
• Track clearance cases from initiation to completion; communicate status.
• Prepare VARs through DISS or manual processes.
• Maintain audit-ready electronic security records and trackers.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on cleared hires and access changes.
• Prepare reports for AFSO/FSO and support reviews/assessments.
• Provide basic guidance on clearance processing to employees.
