Job summary

INTUITIVE is seeking a Security Specialist to support the Security Department. The role requires knowledge of Personnel Security, VAR, CAC, and DD254, with high professionalism and strong written and analytical skills. You will manage access processes, process clearances, and provide security briefings to ensure compliance.

The candidate must have a BS/BA, at least 1 year of Industrial Security experience, and an in-scope security clearance. SFPC/OPSEC or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct Industrial Security experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and key leaders to ensure compliance with security directives.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM.
• Must have an in-scope security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain access processes/procedures.
• Process VARs, VALs, CACs, Badges, Network Access, and 6-month CAC Reverifications.
• Provide special briefings (CNWDI, NATO, COMEC, etc.).
• Review incoming DD254s requirements to ensure compliance.
• Assist in managing personnel security clearances.
• Assist in the management of Field Print account and submission of fingerprints for new employees and for clearance upgrades.
• Maintain DISS, NBIS, and SWFT accounts.
• Help maintain security records for employees and consultants.
• Create building badges for new employees.
