Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation in manufacturing and operational processes.
• Design and specify automated systems, including robotics, PLC controls, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and implement process improvements focused on efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction.
• Utilize simulation software to model and test automated processes and operational changes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including P&IDs, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Oversee the implementation and commissioning of automated systems, providing remote support.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and industrial engineering practices.
• Train and support client personnel in the operation and maintenance of automated systems.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on automation.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion focused on automation, process design, and efficiency improvements.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing automated systems in industrial environments.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, HMI design, and control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote setting.
