Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years in tax operations, strong analytical abilities, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. This position offers regular 40-hour weeks and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tax operations or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute reconciliations and validate indirect tax data for accuracy.
• Assist in documenting and enhancing workflows using technology and process improvements.
• Support onboarding activities for partial or full outsourcing engagements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains in month-end processes.
