True Rx Health Strategists in Indiana is seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to expand our pharmacy benefits services across brokers, TPAs, captives and employer groups. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, identify targets, and close deals in a remote-first role.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of outside B2B or medical sales, stellar relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 4–10 years of related experience.
• 3+ years outside B2B or medical sales with a proven track record.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Target identification within assigned territory.
• Networking and outreach to accounts to build connections.
• Consultative selling to understand customer needs.
• Collaborate on short and long-term sales plans.
• Maintain sales reports and logs for management.
• Attend industry events to stay current on trends.
• Travel occasionally for events and meetings.
