Job summary

CrowdStrike is actively seeking highly motivated incident response consultants to join our Services team on a remote US basis. You will work on front-page investigations for organizations on the Fortune 100 list, developing new methods to hunt threats and reporting findings to customers and leadership.

This role emphasizes clear communication, a strong incident response background, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to protect clients at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations.
• Background using forensic analysis tools to determine extent of compromise.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and associated logs.
• Ability to communicate findings to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the technical team on incident response engagements.
• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large data sets.
• Conduct intrusion investigations under leadership and outside counsel.
• Perform host and/or network-based forensics on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
