Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Principal Consultant to lead incident response engagements for global clients and expand your skills in a fast-paced security practice.

You will develop new hunting methods, perform forensics across Windows, Mac, Linux, and communicate findings to executives; this role offers remote work and opportunities to mentor others and influence client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience leading incident response engagements and security investigations.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable guidance for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements for clients.
• Develop and apply new methods to hunt for threats across large data sets.
• Coordinate investigations with outside counsel on intrusions.
• Perform host and network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Create clear reports and briefings for stakeholders including regulators and legal counsel.
• Share industry insights through blogs, CrowdCasts, and public talks.
