Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engagement Lead to oversee forensic investigations performed by our trusted partners. You will coordinate with incident response leadership and partner/customer teams, delivering high-quality results during high-stakes investigations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in consulting, strong incident response background across ransomware and ecrime, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a matrixed consulting environment.
• Experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations, incl. ransomware, ecrime, BECs.
• Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Experience managing external resources and implementing technology projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and show self-learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationships across stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities; attention to detail.
• Team-management and leadership across cross-functional groups; documentation management.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders on project details and deliverables; optimize workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident response engagements performed by CrowdStrike’s partners.
• Assist in developing and tracking project tasks and client deliverables.
• Manage delivery team status and client tasks to maintain workflow.
• Ensure alignment between customers and CrowdStrike partners on scope and effort.
