Responsibilities

• Oversee incident response engagements performed by CrowdStrike’s partners.
• Assist in development and tracking of project tasks and client deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery team and client tasks to keep workflow on track.
• Align investigation scope and objectives between customers and CrowdStrike partners.
• Coach partners on advanced host/network forensics and malware analysis.
• Review reports and findings for stakeholders to ensure CrowdStrike quality standards.
