PingWind is actively seeking an Incident Manager to lead incident management for the FSA IAM systems, ensuring rapid detection, response, and resolution to minimize disruption for users, applications, and services.

The role follows FSA incident and problem management processes and requires coordination with internal teams and external partners. Strong communication, log analysis, and after-hours support are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong IT incident and problem management expertise.
• Ability to remain calm and lead under pressure during major incidents.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for updates and reporting.
• Ability to analyze logs, data, and system information quickly.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management activities for the FSA IAM systems.
• Open or create incident tickets for issues affecting systems or applications.
• Join incident calls and provide updates to leadership during major incidents.
• Perform real-time technical analysis and review analytics for breaches.
• Escalate vendor issues and manage IAM-related incidents with cross-team support.
• Support incident management reporting from customers and partners.
• Deliver after-hours and peak-period coverage as required.
