PingWind is seeking an Incident Manager to lead incident management for the FSA IAM environment. You will detect, respond, and resolve incidents quickly to minimize disruption for users, applications, and services.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, provide clear communications and reporting during incidents, and perform real-time technical analysis, log reviews, and after-hours coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT incident and problem management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management for the FSA IAM systems.
• Detect, respond, and resolve incidents to minimize disruption to users, applications, and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners and provide updates during incidents.
• Perform real-time technical analysis and log reviews.
• Escalate issues to vendors when needed.
• Support incident management reporting from customers and participate in security incident management.
• Provide after-hours coverage as required.
