Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking an Inbound Sales Professional, Inside Sales, remote in the United States. You will manage leads, create quotes, and close deals using Salesforce while working from home in EST or CST zones.

Requirements include at least 2 years in sales, strong communication, and a track record of quota attainment. You will sell shipping solutions and services, collaborating across teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales.
Experience with Salesforce account management.
Consistently achieved 90%+ quota in prior Pitney Bowes roles.
Experience with competitive selling and telephone sales.
Strong IT, software or financial product experience, including renewals.
Experience applying operational performance metrics.
Experience in a cross-functional matrix organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with change management.
Proficient with Excel and basic computer skills.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Receive new client leads, contact clients, confirm solid lead, create quotes and contract send to client for approval and close the deal.
You will use Salesforce to open new client account, create a quote and create contract.
You will receive inbound and make outbound client calls.
Manage variable lead generation with speed.
Manage clients lead queue and build client pipeline.
Sell shipping and solutions.
