Jerry.ai is seeking Remote Inbound Sales Agents to join a 100% remote team and help customers compare insurance options within our app. Ideal candidates come from premium retail/service backgrounds and are excited to grow into a long-term career in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

You will complete paid training and insurance licensing, guide users through the purchasing process, and work toward closing policies while enjoying flexible scheduling and full benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in top-tier retail/service environments.
• Willing to work in a remote, 100% remote role.
• Ability to learn insurance licensing and pass licensing exam.

Aufgaben

• Complete paid training and licensing for insurance sales.
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process without cold-calling.
• Help customers compare 55+ insurance companies to find options that fit their budget.
• Listen to customer concerns and propose solutions to build confidence in their choice.
• Close the deal by helping customers finalize their new policy.
