Jerry.ai is hiring remote Inbound Sales Agents to help car owners compare insurance options and complete the purchase process within our app. You’ll undergo paid training, obtain licensing, and assist customers from a fully remote setup with a friendly, service-first approach.

The role offers uncapped commissions, company-paid license training, and full benefits; work-life flexibility with five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/service environments is preferred.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and patient in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing exams.
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process.
• Help customers compare 55+ insurance providers to fit their budget.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions to build confidence in their choice.
• Assist customers in finalizing their new policy during the session.
