Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to suitable insurance coverages and products. From day one you will participate in paid training, including licensing, with the option to work remotely in a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, and a proven ability to close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales.
• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages, products, and benefits.
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and provide a high-quality customer experience.
• Work in a remote training environment with paid licensing and training.
