Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in a remote-capable, inbound-driven role. You will handle calls and warm leads, assess customer insurance needs, and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one, you receive paid training, licensing support, and the tools necessary to succeed in a Fortune 100 company, with a focus on flexible work arrangements and career growth within the Contact Center Sales Organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
