Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring for an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and converting leads into policyholders.

Training is remote with licensing included; 50-state licensing is provided. This full-time role offers a base salary with generous commissions and benefits, with shifts including weekdays and one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products.
• Begin paid training in a remote work environment and maintain a professional home workspace.
