Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and negotiate terms to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role requires strong drafting, negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives, plus the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable feedback for AI systems in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
